What a request contains and where it goes

The project form sends the community, concern and callback number you enter, plus any optional details you add. Daytona Seawall receives the request and passes it to a local marine contractor, who may call or text you about the requested work. The consent box on the form says this before you send.

Leave sensitive personal information out of the details box. Planning tools can produce a file you choose to download; keep that file private if it contains property details.

Who sees your request

Your request is shared with a partner contractor: a local marine contractor who may be able to help with the work you describe. That contractor handles any assessment, proposal and price under its own terms. Calculator and checklist answers stay in your browser unless you choose to include them in a request.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
